124 BARĀHIN-E-AHMADIYYA PART FOUR سنگ افتد بر این چنین فرهنگ که ز صدق است دور صد فرسنگ Ruined be reason that lies Hundreds of miles from truth! سانت گذر شود بجناب چه گر کنی سوئے نفس خویش خطاب کہ If you would only ask yourself, How you could reach that threshold, خود ندائے بیایدت از دروں که ز تائید حضرت بیچوں You would hear the voice from within you, saying, 'You can achieve this, but only with the help of the Incomparable God. ناید اندر قیاس و فہم کسے که شود کار پیل از مگے No one can imagine or think That an elephant's work can be accomplished by a fly. ممکن که ذره امکال چه خود کند کار حق بزور و توال پس How, then, could it be possible for someone, who is no more than a speck of potential existence, To do God's work with his own power and strength? شان دادار پاک را بشناس و از چنیں کسر شان او بهراس Acknowledge the glory of the Holy Being; Fear, lest you blaspheme Him. خویشتن را شریک او سازی پیش او دم زنی با بازی You regard yourself as His partner; You claim to be His equal. ایں چہ عقل است اے بتر ز دواب این چه بر فہم تو فتاد حجاب O you, who are worse than animals! What kind of intellect is this! What kind of coverings have fallen over your intelligence!
