162 BARĀHIN-E-AHMADIYYA PART THREE able to harm God's religion in any way. And Allah has prepared for them a great chastisement. كَدَابِ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ وَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ كَفَرُوا بِأَيْتِ اللهِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ 1 Their case is like the case of the people of Pharaoh and the disbelievers before them that when they chose to disbelieve in the Signs of Allah, then Allah punished them for their sins. Surely, Allah is All-Powerful and severe in punishing. فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ اللَّهُ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ 2 And Allah is surely sufficient for you to counter their mischief, for He is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. وَ إِنَّا عَلَى أَنْ تُرِيَكَ مَا نَعِدُهُمْ لَقْدِرُونَ 3 And We have the power to show you that which We promise about them. وَ يَقُولُونَ لَوْ لَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ آيَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهِ فَقُلْ إِنَّمَا الْغَيْبُ لِلَّهِ فَانْتَظِرُوا إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ مِّنَ الْمُنْتَظِرِينَ 4 And they say, 'Why has not a Sign in support of the Faith been sent down to him from his Lord. So say to them, 'The knowledge of the unseen belongs only to Allah. So wait for the Sign; I am with you among those who wait. 1. Surah al-Anfāl, 8:53 [Publisher] 2.
